Free tracked shipping on every order, to every country we serve.

Processing time
Decks are assembled to order. Most leave us within 2 business days; during a big drop it can stretch to 4. You will get a dispatch email with tracking the moment yours is handed to the carrier.
Delivery estimates
- United States — 5 to 8 business days
- Canada — 6 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom — 7 to 12 business days
- Australia — 7 to 12 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add a few days and we have no control over that.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown at checkout include our shipping cost. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by your local customs authority, not by us.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, contact us. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we will replace the deck at no cost to you.
