- Order details: what you bought, when, and the currency you paid in
- Technical data: device, browser and pages visited, used only to keep the site working
What we never collect
We do not store card numbers. Payment is processed entirely by our payment provider and card details never reach our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, to answer your support messages, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, ever.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the store: our storefront platform, our payment provider, and the carriers who deliver your parcel. Each of them receives the minimum needed to do its job.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it within 30 days.
